Accessibility statement

GraphicATZ believes this site should be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We make signage, memorial boards and awards for synagogues, schools, nonprofits and public institutions — an audience for whom accessibility matters in practice, not just on paper.

We work to make the site accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, which refer to Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.

This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.

Among the adjustments implemented when building this site:

• Full keyboard navigation, including the products menu, the mobile menu, the before-and-after comparison slider and the questions and answers.
• A clear, visible focus indicator on every element that can be operated.
• A skip link to the main content at the top of every page.
• Semantic heading and landmark structure, allowing efficient screen-reader navigation.
• Alternative text on images that carry meaning, with decorative images marked so a screen reader skips them.
• Explicit labels on every field in the contact form, with error and success messages announced to screen readers.
• Text contrast ratios meeting AA on every background used across the site.
• Full right-to-left support in Hebrew, alongside a left-to-right English version.
• Animation automatically reduced for users who have set a reduced-motion preference in their operating system.
• Page structure and readability preserved at up to 200% zoom.

The design editor is a graphical tool based on positioning elements visually on a surface, so some of its operations are difficult to make fully accessible to a screen reader.

If you find the editor hard to use, contact us and we will do the design for you, guided by phone or in writing, send you a proof to approve and complete the order together. There is no extra charge for this.

Content or files uploaded by third parties may not be fully accessible. We would be glad to hear about it and will work to fix it.

Alongside the site, we are available by phone Sunday to Thursday between 10:00 and 18:00, so any order can be completed without using the site at all.

Details about access to the studio and service on site will be given over the phone, and we are glad to prepare in advance for an arranged visit.

If you run into difficulty using the site, a page that is not accessible, or an element that does not work properly with assistive technology, we want to hear about it. Your report will be handled and will help us fix it.
