Privacy policy

GraphicATZ operates this site and is the owner of the database of information collected through it. This document explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.

We collect only what is needed to run the site and fulfil your order:

• Contact details you provide: full name, phone, email, and for institutional orders the organisation name and business or registration number for invoicing.
• A delivery address, when you choose shipping rather than collection.
• Order content: the product, quantity, the wording you typed and the design files you uploaded.
• Payment details are handled by the payment processor only. We never store a full card number. At most we retain the last four digits, the card type and a reference number, to reconcile payments and handle refunds.
• Technical usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed — for security, troubleshooting and improving the site.
• Correspondence you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.

We use the information only for the following purposes:

• Producing and delivering your order, including generating the production file and proofing the wording.
• Contacting you about your order, including clarifying anything unclear in the wording or the file.
• Issuing an invoice or receipt and keeping accounts, as required by law.
• Handling enquiries, faults and refund requests.
• Improving and securing the site and preventing misuse.
• Sending marketing email — only with your separate, explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Information is shared only with the suppliers needed to deliver the service, and only to the extent needed:

• The card payment processor, to take payment.
• A courier company or Israel Post, to deliver — name, phone and address only.
• The hosting and cloud infrastructure provider where the site and files are stored.
• Our accountant and bookkeeping system, for statutory reporting.
• A competent authority, where we are required to do so by law or court order.

Design files you upload that do not become an order are kept for a short period and then deleted automatically. Until then you can return to your design and complete the order.

Files used for a completed order are kept alongside that order so we can reproduce an identical item on a repeat order — a common need for institutions adding a plate to the same donor board a year later. If you would rather we did not keep your file after delivery, ask us and we will delete it.

Accounting records are kept for the period required by Israeli tax law, even if you request deletion, because we are legally obliged to retain them.

The site uses strictly necessary cookies only: keeping your cart, remembering your language, managing your session and security. Without them the site will not work properly.

If measurement or advertising cookies are added in future, they will run only after separate consent, which you will be able to withdraw.

You can block cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent you from completing an order.

Traffic to the site is encrypted. Access to order information is limited to staff who need it for their work.

We cannot guarantee absolute immunity from intrusion, but we take accepted measures to protect the information and act to fix any weakness found.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information held about you, ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date, and ask us to delete it, subject to retention duties imposed by law.

Send requests to 1@graphicatz.co.il. We will respond within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days.

Any marketing message we send will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask to be removed by phone or email.

The site is not intended for independent use by anyone under 18. Orders for a school or kindergarten should be placed by a member of staff or a parent acting for the institution.
